updating to 12.7.4.76

Has anyone else encountered a major issue withthis update? Immediately after updating to 12.7.4.76, the process of adding new files to my library became so slow it was unbelievable! Loading a new folder with one album in it (10 -15 songs). NOW it takes over an hour or two! This is definitely related to this update as Iwas adding files right before it updated and then right after. I tried rebooting. I tried uninstalling iTunes in the proper order and reinstalling the same version. Nothing seems to help this issue. While I admit that I have a large iTunes library or about 365,000 sings, Ilike it. This delay also happens when converting a group of songs, say from m4a to mp3 format. As soon as the “Adding Files” window pops up, you might as well take in dinner and a movie before anything completes. I called Apple to complain about this issue,but who knows if they will look at it. Any suggestions out there?
