    Hi,

    Ipod is connected but doesn't show up in itunes source list. Also, when my ipod connects to my computer for some odd reason webshots (a wallpaper and screensaver program) opens, which it has done before when I connected a USB drive (so maybe something with external drives?). It charges fine but songs never transfer. Any help or steerage in the right direction is greatly appreciated.

    Please help.
