The Alight Motion app can be run by using an emulator program, thus you need to ensure that you can run an emulator program on your computer. In order to make sure that you will be able to run it, you need to read first the information below:
The emulator program requires a good enough processor. However, the minimum requirements are only 1 GHz speed. If you have this, then your processor will have no problem running it.
You must have a memory that can store for up to 4 GB of it. We suggested this because the emulator requires a 2 GB and running the Alight Motion on the computer will consume 1.5 GB of memory.
It needs sufficient storage. To install the emulator, Alight Motion app, and to ensure that you will be able to generate videos and gif animation from it, make sure your computer has more than 15 GB of hard disk space.
The following above is the only basic hardware requirements. But what about the software? We will also be listed here so you won't get any problems when running it.
If you are using a Microsoft Windows as your Operating System, you need to download or install the latest or updated package of the .Net Framework and the Visual C++ Redistributable. Installers of both of these files can be downloaded from the website of Microsoft. Remember, this is for Windows, not Mac.
You have to make sure that you have already installed the OpenGL and DirectX. You can install this by downloading and installing the drivers of your GPU. Refer to your card manufacturer to get the right installer.
